Cancellation Policy:
Written cancellations are due by February 10, 2026 to Lisa Ducker ([email protected]). Eligible refunds (minus $49 fee) will be issued following the event.

No refunds for no-shows, late arrival, or early departure. Substitutions permitted with written request.

Inclement Weather:
Event proceeds regardless of weather. Hotel and vendor policies prevent cancellations.
